Would they suggest induction?

I'm going to see my midwife tomorrow. Been having contractions since Monday but I had only dilated 1cm.
I'm still having contractions now and they hurt so bad :( I've had like hardly any sleep since Monday haven't been able to sleep in a bed so the lounge n sofa has officially been my bedroom.
I'm only having like 1 contraction every half hour but my god the pain, n exhaustion they bring is horrible :( I can't do this much longer.
Do you think the midwife will send me for an induction if I haven't dilated anymore tomorrow?

I'm 39 weeks tomorrow.
But this is horrible :( nothing seems to be progressing.
I'm praying I've dilated more by tomorrow, but if not then I think I will ask about induction.
I can't believe how much energy contractions take from you!
