Okay thanks ladies. I'll give her a call to make my appt.
Yea thats the best thing. We all are different and so is our bodies sometimes our bodies may nt respond the way it did Before with the same treatment. u may need a combination of things I seen this before wrkn underneath b the doctor. But Your doctor knows ur body.
Alsi avoid sugar (feeds the yeast) and get good bacteria (probiotics) in your diet.
Yes our practices are different but that doesn't change what organisms cause what infections. But yes seeing your Dr is the best option
Oh okay. It feels the same now as it did the time i had it . That's why i was asking if i could use the same creme she had gave me for the last time . But I'll go see her and let her know what's going on.
Ur doctor or who u wrk and my practice totally different at the end of the day she needs to b ckd. We done studies where these things coincides. Even sex can cause yeast infection as long as our dear friend is healthy
Bacterial vaginosis is caused by bacteria, yeast infections are caused by yeast (fungus). They are not one in the same. I am a nurse myself and they can tell by examining you at the Dr exactly what you're dealing with.
What needs to happen is see a doctor putting something in the vaginal area while pregnant can cause anything. Tlk to ur Doctor first and together yall cn hve a plan. And there are pills for a yeast infection im a medical assistant. Bacterial vaginosis can be a yeast infection or a STI THEY HVE TESTS TO DIFFERENTIATE THE TWO.HOPE THIS HELPS
Oh okay . So can i use the rest of the 7 day creme and see if it helps .
Antibiotics don't usually help with yeast infections... They cause yeast infections. The treatment you need for a yeast infection is an antifungal such as the monistat. Antibiotics would be given for bacterial vaginosis.
Ohhh ya they will make u start over im sorry hun
Ohhh they gave me the 7 day one and I used it for 5 days and it's been 3 weeks since I had it the last time . Along with the creme she gave me a one day pill .
U can use the rest of tube but my question is how long ago did u stop using it?? Because u will more then likely have to restart the 7 days.. call and ask if they want u to use the 3 day one this time around.. the difference is 3 day is a lot stronger. Or doctor can choose to give antibiotics on top of using the creams
More like 5 . I ended up going out of town and for got it so I did use it the last 2 days . Can I use the rest of the tube that I have or go to the doctor and let them look ?
Ur welcome.... also they come back did u use 3 day treatment or 7?
Ohhh okay . Cuz i got it for the first time a couple weeks ago and I freaked out Cuz i had never had it before. But now it feels like I'm getting it again and I'm at the beginning stage of it Cuz i don't have the discharge I had just yet so I'll eat yogurts and stuff and she what happens . Thanks .
I have only experienced a yeast infection twice in my life and mine was due to being overly clean and washing to often and killing good bacteria... I have ocd so I shower an bathe a minimum of 8 times a day. It was heart breaking to be told by my doctors I couldn't wash with soap if I felt the need to bathe multiple times just use water... but most women get them from not being clean enough as well.. whether it be sweat trapped down there since its a damp dark area, drink more fluids, eat yogurt
A yeast infection is caused by an overgrowth of natural vaginal flora. This can be prevented by making sure you are always dry, and the area gets air (such as sleeping with nothing on or wearing light cotton panties). During pregnancy though this increase in growth can be caused by hormones, or if you have diabetes (gestational or not) you are at an increased risk.
