Yeast infection

I've never had one before but I'm very very sore down there, it burns so bad to pee and just in general. And I have these bumps inside my lips (sorry tmi) this is a yeast infection right? I've been taking monistat for 2 days now. Does this stuff work? I need advice I'm in pain. Thank you!

Ive had alot of yeast infections over the years and personally I have never experienced a burning sensation when peeing to me that sounds like a urine/bladder infection..

I was told not to take any of that kind of stuff because it can make it worse. I was prescribed some other cream that worked wonders but caused a lot of iteration.

I took monistat with me having a yeast infection it clears it up really good usually about the third day I'm feeling much better down there. it can b very itchy try not to scratch. also u can put the cream on any area outside your vagina that may b agitated helps allot. just keep taking until the dosage is up it should improve it.

Monistat does work I'm on day 6 on it. Mine just burned and itch. My yeast infection was on the outside and not the inside so I put the cream on the outside bc that's where it was killing me.
