If ur not sure call! Always call ur dr in situations like this because it might be normal for one person but not another. In ur situation because ur cramping and have back pain i would either call my dr or go in. Its not something to mess around with. It has happen where women had there baby early.

Nausea, back pain, and cramping is normal with a uti, the antibiotics could also be upsetting your stomach and giving you diarrhea, make sure to eat something a few minutes before you take them. Never be scared to go back in and be checked out though.
