generally its not advisable to go on a diet while being pregnant, you may find that you dont actually put on too much weight other than baby with this pregnancy, but if your really concerned you could really look at your diet and cut out any highly processed foods, swap white bread for wholegrain, choose foods low in gi and also increase your intake of fresh fruit and veges, cut down your portion sizes if they're quite big and introduce lots of salads as well, they can fill you up, while not having many calories, just watch the dressings you use, typically stay away from low fat dairy and the like as they dont have much fat but have alot of sugar so whole fat youghurt etc is actually much better for you, swap whole milk for skinny, normal oil for olive, rice or grapeseed, just be extra aware of what your putting in your mouth and ask yourself if your really hungry or do you need it, have a glass of water before your meals as well, dont deny yourself the odd treat though as you still need to enjoy yourseld, just limit yourseld to a row of chocolate rather than 1/2 a block etc, good luck and congrats on the new preg :)

I would agree with above poster that you shouldn't go on a diet per say, as far as you shouldn't be starving yourself or going into a crazy exercise routine. Just eat really healthy, take walks and that should make a big difference. Plus the fact that you are only 13 weeks out of your last pregnancy makes it difficult and you are going to feel big, think about that fact that it takes 9 months to grow and also awhile to shrink back down. If you are breastfeeding that should also help, it realy helped me!

I wouldn't start a diet explicitly to loose weight, just cut out fatty foods and eat really healthily, lots of fruit and veggies. Hopefully by doing that it will keep you healthy but maybe help you loose a little weight. Exercise would be good too but don't overdo it! Congrats.

First you need to talk to your doc about it, just to clue him/her in on what you're doing :-)
If s/he is for it just take it slow, maybe your doctor has some resources that you can use, or some general ideas on some exercises for your still somewhat recovering body :-)
Congrats btw :-)
