a few worries about going into labor

I'm scared of going into labor mostly because I'm worried no one will be home to drive me to the hospital. I'm staying at my fiances house until about 37 weeks then I'm going to stay with my mom (an hr away) because that's where my doctor is. But I'm also scared ill go into labor eaely and ill be an hr away from my dr and I can't drive myself an hr away. I'm just having labor fears. I'm by myself a lot. My fiance is in Florida until the end of august and I'm due sep 30. I know everyone is different but in worst case 6knock on wood

Maybe just take it easy and rest with no crazy physical activity until you go to your moms just to lessen your chances of going into labor before 37 weeks.

This is my first prefnancy so idk what it'll feel like or what will happen. I hear about mucus plug but I don't knoe anything about that. I don't think I've had braxton hicks so I don't even know what contractions feel like.

BUMP!
Also, usually you will start to have contractions that aren't too hard to handle before you go into full blown labor. Just play it safe & if you are getting more worried because of bodily changes then maybe go to your mom's earlier.

If I do happen to go into labor early and I'm an hr away I wouldn't be likely to have the baby in that hr right?
