Afp testing
I went 2 weeks ago to my dr to get this blood test done and today the drs call me saying they need to do a retest nothing to worry about.. But i worry about anything.. What could this mean?
My advice to you is to try your hardest not to stress! And maybe when you re test everything will come back just fine :)
That's exactly why I didn't do it. I worry enough as it is. They told me I had a high chance of spinal bifida when I was born and I'm perfectly fine and they told my aunt that my cousin did have downs and he disnt.
I didnt want to take it either.. But they said the highly recommended it and at there facilty they like to do it.. So i did.. I knew i shouldnt have cuz now im just going to worry myself and no matter what ill love my baby
My doctor told me that 95% if the time this test comes back bad. Which is why I refused it. Don't worry!
