Hope for the best mama and keep in mind not all pregnancies are the same and take it easy. Make sure you get in to see what it is. Do they have you on bed rest this time around?

You will be fine, I get them all the time (due to dis-functioning kidney and what not). Some times I have to go on antibiotics for a week others weeks to months especially with the pregnancy restrictions on what antibiotics are safe. Good luck get on the antibiotics needed so it doesn't progress into a kidney infection.

You will be fine. With everything thats going on down there and will be infections are very common. And antibiotics wont cause preterm labor. Just drink lots of water.

I am being treated for a UTI right now, have had BV and a yeast infection already this pregnancy! UTI's aren't a concern unless they get REALLY bad. Being on antibiotics will stop it from progressing, then you won't have to worry about preterm labor. All kinds of infections are VERY common while pregnant, so don't stress, drink lots and lots of water, take your medicine, and you'll be fine!
