im 15 weeks pregnant and ive got a problem with my uterus but since this mornin ive had really bad pain in my lower abdomin. my mam says its just a water infection cz its where my bladder is. i suffered bad water infections on my 1st but never had stomach pains. could it be the baby or just a water infection. i haven't had no bleeding

Sounds like you may be experiencing round ligament pains.  It happens when you are in your second trimester. Your uterus is supported by thick bands of ligaments that run from the groin up the side of the abdomen. As your uterus grows (and grows and grows!) the supporting ligaments stretch and thin out to accommodate the increasing weight. This weight pulls on the ligaments, causing sharp pains and/or dull aches in the lower abdomen. Other causes of abdominal achiness during pregnancy include increased blood flow (you've pumped up the volume to nurture your baby) and the buildup of your uterine lining.

If you are still unsure, I would call your doctor.  I experienced this and I was worried too because I've miscarried before.  When I told the doctor about the pain I was having, he confirmed it was round ligament pain and it was normal when you are in the second trimester.  Then he checked out the baby, heard the heartbeat and everything was fine.

All the best! :)

Personally I would give a call to your dr and let them know whats going on..... if its a urinary tract infection you will need antibiotics in most cases anyway..... If left untreated it can cause some problems for you and the baby.... always better safe than sorry I say, I would give the doc a call! Good Luck
