acid reflux and heartburn :(
Hey ladies, does anyone have frequent acid reflux and heartburn? If so how do you treat it? Its soooooo annoying!
I have it tremendously bad...even before I was prego. I take the max dose of zantac and it helps some. I also just stay away from spicy, acidic, and greasy foods.
I am 22 weeks and i have had it really bad up until about a week ago my dr told me i could take prilosec otc its pretty expensive but so worth it i have had heart burn or reflux since.
