acne 15weeks

Anyone else beeaking out? I'm 15 weeks and my face is really breaking out anything I can do

I have had really bad cystic acne all over my face since I got pregnant im 16 weeks now and it's getting a little better but it's also on my chest and back it doesn't make me feel pretty at all. I use Aveeno it dries it up really fast and it only has a .5% off salicylic acid which my Dr said will not harm the baby. Its a girl so she is stealing all my beauty.

I had eczema before my pregnancy, but it was not severe whatsoever and I never got acne or pimples. But when I got pregnant, around my 3rd or 4th month, my eczema flared up and I had it in places that I never got it before and I got pimples :( my eczema flare up has just now gone away and cleared up and now I have marks on my face from those few pimples I had and that all lasted until now and I just got to 9 months today. I'm 10 weeks and have been breaking out for about a month: ( I don't use anything. I'm justt trying to let it go away on its own

Im in the same boat but its my back i wont even take my shirt off in front of my hisband anymore lol i use that clarisel wash but my dr says its the hormones
