So what is good for breakouts while your pregnant I am having some horrible acne breakouts the past few weeks.

I use neutrogena on the spot acne cream at night it really clears things up and neutrogena scrub in the morning

Take fish oil. Its perfectly healthy to take while pregnant, in fact its good for you and baby. It also clears up your acne. It has worked wonders for me! I broke out like a teenager when I first got pregnant, then I started taking fish oil (capsules) and I have the real pregnancy glow! :)

I did when too when i was preg with my first, I had it on my back too, the doc said there was nothing I could really use except a mild soap or face wash,  I've always used Tone Original bar soap on my face, even when I'm not preg cuz its the only thing that keeps my break outs at bay, but with my first it seemed like nothing helped, I haven't had break outs with this one tho besides my normal bump here and there. I would try tone if I were you and also cetaphil face wash, the doc recommended it to me but it made mine worse, but everybody has different skin
