What can i do for acne?im 18wks &it doesnt seem to be gettin any better, on my face and my back

Im an esthetician i work with alot of prenatal clients, we use murad products you can get it at ulta i believe they have acne kits that last about a month. You can also get an extractor tool at cvs or walgreens to pop them instead of using your fingers. Best time to pop is right after a shower so your pores are open. :)

I use neutrogina acne bar soap works so well and doesnt dry out my skin:)

i dont use anything besides Dove ( the white bar of soap!) it wont leave a film either but i heard apple cider vinegar works !

I use baby soap on my face and body and my skin had completely cleared up.
