I heard that you can use plastic rap . It works just like the ace bandage and the plastic helps your stomach to sweat & burn calories faster . My mom used this and her belly is flatter than mine . Well flatter than my belly used to be lol

I'm Filipino and its like a superstition I guess u can say but they all swear by it! They even say to just tie something (scarf shirt whatever) around your belly area when you hit 7 months or so, so when you deliver ur baby ur belly will flatten then continue and you'll lose the weight asap like ashdub said. Lol my moms not giving me a choice to not do it Lol. I would LOVE if it worked!!!!!

Wrap snugly. It also helped the ache in my abdominal muscles.

Yup! I started the wrap under my boobs and wrapped down to my booty. I was back in my jeans at 2 weeks pp but I kept wrapping until 6 weeks pp.

@ashdub you just used an ace bandage wrapped around your hips and it made them go back in? I'm asking bc it took my hips forever to go back in and the hip binders you can buy are too pricey for me.

I breastfed and wrapped myself with ace bandage to push my hips back and to keep my tummy from being all flabby looking. I lost all my baby weight within the first 7 days and was back into my pregnant jeans at 2 weeks. I didn't put them on earlier because my abdomen was still so sore

Ugh Idk I didn't lose weight as fast as I would have liked with first so this time I'm gonna try and figure out a better plan lol I know everyone says breastfeeding takes it off but I didn't bf my first and not sure if I wanna try with this one either. I'm just going to start dieting day one home from hospital, by cutting back on calories, eating really healthy, drinking lots of water and starting a light workout 2 weeks after birth and I'm hoping running around after my 2yr old and having a newborn will help shed some lbs ha

Breast feeding is gonna shed my baby weight! And then I'm going to try and work out to tone it all up
