upset and confused

So I had an incomplete miscarriage last night. I'm really hurt. The doctor who did my sonogram at the hospital said she couldn't find the babies heart beat. And I couldn't find the baby when she did the sonogram.  She also said something about a cyst on one of my ovaries.  Could that have caused the miscarriage? I would of been 9 weeks today. And this would of been my first baby.

my first pregnancy i had a miscarriage to, it was every sad but you have to remember that it's nothing you did or didn't do. most pregnancies end with miscarriage because tha baby doesn't develop properly, or because tha baby jus isn't doing well with hormones. i know it always fills like it's your fault, but it's not.
when i had my miscarriage, i was told it was because my baby was disformed & wasn't tha size it was supposed to be.
i blamed myself for tha longest time till i realized i couldn't make it disformed or smaller than tha size it was supposed to be. it's a devistating thing to go thru. but things will get better for you, & in time you'll be pregnant again. jus trust in God, for little blessings. if he gives them to you & takes it away. it's cause he needs a Lil' angel, always feel blessed to be pregnant no matter how long it's for. and share that bond while you have it.

I am so sorry. The cyst more than likely didn't cause your miscarriage. Every woman gets a cyst on their overy after they ovulate they usually slowly dissappear that's how I always know which overy my babies come from. Most pregnancy that end in miscarriage are because of genetic or hormonal problems.  I have been through it and know how you feel. Please just know you did nothing to cause it.
