What's the best/easiest/fastest (any of the above lol) way to lose weight, tone up, get back into shape, and back to loving your body after pregnancy?

Oh my..I am only 20 weeks preg. But I'm already after the answer for the same question lol. I have 2 friends whom just had babies, and although they lost weight quickly their are not too fuss about their shape. So they don't understand my urge. I do competitive dance, and I had big plans for this year's competitions before finding out about the baby.  Well I am still keeping up with both (preg & comp.plans). Baby is due 16th of Jul and my competition is on Sep 30th, so hopefully I can get the shape back in time. Let me know how it goes for you.  If Beyonce could do it  , I'm sure it's possible. I all comes down to how badly we want I guess :)

I'm going to try the Belly Bandit and after my doctor says its ok I'm going to take some Pilates classes. Pilates is awesome to firm up your core muscles. I'm going to buy a few weeks of personal trainer lessons now so that I can't talk myself out of going after I have the baby lol

Try to find an "It Works" distributor near you. I swear by their body wraps. or just google "it works" and the website should pop up

I'm planning on doing the insanity workout for 3 months! After my 6 week wait is up of course! Just some really hardcore exercise to put my body back in shape quickly!
The quicker it's done the less time I have to worry with it!
I'm considering Insanity or p90x but I want to put my body through complete hell so I can be at my best after having 2 kids! Lol

I've been asking everyone about those things because I'm a ftm and 11weeks5days. I've always struggled with my weight but right before I got pregnant I was in really good shape (in my opinion, I like being thicker but toned) now all the "toned" is going away haha. People keep suggesting beginner yoga. Eventhough I've done it for a few years, beginner is way easy on your body. And pretty calming! I'd check with your doctor and make sure its okay to do? But I don't see how it wouldn't be. It really does tone you up! And you get super flexible!! Haha

Oh well just light exercise should help you tone up. Go on YouTube and look up fitness blender. I plan on doing those exercises to get some umph back once I breastfeed for a few months. Lol I really like those vids.

Ya everyone says I'm smaller than I was before I got pregnant. My stomach is flat and I got a good size rack lol but my body isn't "tone" like even tho my stomach is flat its still squishy lol I want to "tighten" everything up I guess. And since I guess bfing helps lose weight I wanna do extra stuff to look/feel better bout myself. Its a self esteem thing I guess lol

Are you seeing results. Everyone is different so it make take a bit longer for you than some others. But trust me it works wonders. Especially for contacting your uterus back down to size. Just ask your dr.
But unfortunately I don't have any other solutions. :( breastfeeding alone worked for me the first time. Hope it works again. If not I will be asking you for some tips. :) lol

Breastfeed!!! With my first I didn't exercise at all. Not even a little bit. Breastfeeding burned calories and a week after giving birth people thought I was lying about just having a baby. I swear by bfing.
