after sex

Slight cramps and brown spotting after sex everytime...is this normal? Should i just stop having sex, i dont want it to be a risk for miscarriage..

Yes, very normal. Internal exams, sex, stuff like that can cause spotting because your cervix is more sensitive during pregnancy, cramping is also normal because your uterus contracts after an orgasm, it's nothing to worry about unless the cramps are severe or you're bleeding heavily.

It is probably just too rough. When pregnant ur cervix gets bigger due to extra blood flow and hitting the cervix during sex can rupture blood vessels. As long as you are not bleeding bright red you should be fine!
