after sex?

So I just had sex for the first time in 2 months lol I'm due in a week a d some change for a c section and now I'm having contractions really close I wasn't doing it to go into labor we just woke up and did it I never had sex this close to my delivery not even with ny first are the contractions being close just a side affect or should I pay attention to them and take them seriously

They stopped now they weren't lasting a minute just really close together but they stopped now thank you ladies this was a first time experience for me if they start again I'll definitely check up on it

If they are consistently 5 mins apart for MORE THAN 1 HOUR youbshould go in. Sex will cause uterine contractions so its normal but if your in labor, they will continue for more than 1 hour. Good luck :)

Are they lasting a minute? Call up your labor ward and see what they say as they may want you to come in as they are every 5min!

They are 5 minutes but there not long I thought they had to be like a minute long or something ugh I feel so new to this lol with my first no water break no nothing just went in one day and boom there it is

Time them to see how often they are and if they are 5min apart you should go L&D
