I just delivered at 36wks 5 days my baby girl is 8 days old  and only gain weight in the last 2 weeks 4 and 6 pounds but that's because I was retaining water I didn't exercise or eat less!! And I lost those 10 pounds when I had my baby!! I am hoping to loose more!! And I can't wait to start my zumba class again!

I don't eat super healty but I did cut out most fast food but was easy to do because I don't crave it. All I do is make sure I have at least one serving of fruit or veggies for lunch and dinner and once I feel satisfied I don't continue eating till I can't breathe lol

Im on the heavier side. im 40+2 weeks and have only gained 13lbs. You can make changes to your diet without actually "dieting". I've cut out alot of fast food (i use to work at McD's, and got a free meal every shift) and dropped 10lbs. Plus i chase a toddler all day too lol.

I know everyone is different but since you're already on the plus size side like me you may not even gain too much. My starting weight was 250 and I'm now 258. I'm going to be 33 weeks and may only gain 5-10 more pounds according to my Dr. So that's a total of only 15 pounds through out my whole pregnancy

It isn't a good idea to diet while pregnant. But, a lot of women that start heavier actually lose weight while pregnant. It is pretty common. Either way...don't worry about it too much. Your doctor will give you a weight range they want you to stay in and tips on nutrition. Follow that but do not diet. On exercise....the rule is you can maintain the level of activity that you are already doing. But it isn't a good time to train for a marathon. If you don't do any exercise currently then walking and pre natal yoga re about as far as you want to go. Good luck to you and enjoy your pregnancy!!!
