always dizzy

Any time of day or night I get these moments where I'm super dizzy. I can't stand straight my vision turns black. Usually sitting down made me feel better but now it's to the point where even sitting down I still feel dizzy.  I called my Dr's office and a nurse said it was cuz I'm dehydrated but I called them when sitting down made me feel better.  But even that now is no good.  What could this mean. This dizziness is getting out of control

On my second pregnancy I was feeling like that too and my dr told me I was low on iron but that I had to buy them.  I went to the store and there was different doses of iron so I didn't know what to buy so I never bought them. My hands are getting very itchy I'm getting red dots everywhere it's look nasty I have these red blotchy looking spots.  Maybe I'm anemic I'm going to the Dr on the 24 of this month I will ask.
