its 826 am for me and ive been up for the last 4 hours... thats my pattern all the time lately. I sleep around 7 or8 pm and wake up every couplr of hours due to backpains.. nausea.. cramps.. hunger.. or whatever babys commads might be. but yeah its really annoying when your rem cycle is completely messed up.  im trying to stay up an hour past my bed time every day to fix this situation.  so far its workinh... lets see how it goes..
