Costco is one of those members only warehouses. Most of their stuff is way cheaper and it's in bulk so you get more.

My daughter is 3 and has been potty trained for over a year and j still use wipes for sticky faces and hands... You can never have too many put I would suggest buying a small pack and checking them out... I always go with pampers because I felt that the Walmart brand didn't clean as well and dried out faster
