am i miscarrying or paranoid??

Hi ladies, this is my first pregnancy. I took a test and it said positive so I went to a health clinic and they had me take a lab quality urine test and it said negative. I didn't really believe it so I took three more at home and they all said positive. Anyway, I've been nauseous of course but also having minor cramps in my lower abdomin and today I started spotting anyone know what this means? Please help
PS I know I need to make an appointment w a doctor also but currently have no insurance, do most obgyns do payment plans?

My local health department did blood tests and everything that needed to be done until my medicaid was approved.

Definitely see a doctor, not a clinic, you need to get blood work, especially with some negative, some positives, because it could be too early, or it could be a chemical pregnancy, you aren't getting that many false positives.. Spotting in early pregnancy can mean a miscarriage, but it can also mean you have some spotting, and not a miscarriage, so definitely get to a doctor, and good luck!

I would maybe call a hospital & see if they do free blood tests?
