well the same thing happened to me just thursday well it started wednesday n they told me the same thing n i felt the same way about the situation but i really passed out my bby yesterday. I think ur hcg is too low it should b doubling every 48 to 72 hrs. but just trust God, but i think your going through the same thing i went through. I'm so sorry!
I had a feeling something was wrong when I had my MC and then the bleeding started it was actually really light but lasted 6wks. So the drs now realized that I should have had a D&C because it casued alot of issues for me.
When I had my missed mc last year, I didnt have any symptoms that anything had gone wrong till I had my scan. They saw no heartbeat during the external scan then when they did the vaginal u/s to confirm the findings i started bleeding brown blood.
I misscarried and didn't even know. it wasn't till 4 wks later that i had slight spotting and my body still wasn't doing anything after 5-6weeks so i had to have d&c. the day i had my first scan with healthy heart beat i dated 6weeks and 3 days then when i finally knew i had miscarried bub was measuring exactly 6weeks and 3days. it took a long time for me to believe i had really lost bub cause i still had all the normal pregnancy symptoms and no signs anything was wrong.
Ive had a missed misscarriage and baby fied at 9werks and by 12 weeks i still hadnt miscarried on my own. it can take a while for ur body to realise and u will still preg symptons. its horrible amd hard to accept. i ended havin to have a d&c to remove the baby.
If your hcg is that low, than you are having a miscarriage. You will still have pregnancy symptoms until your levels go down further. Sorry for your loss.
Women don't know when they have a missed miscarriage. That's when the baby doesn't make it but your body doesn't realize it. Usually a d&c is given when there is a missed miscarriage. Though even without a d&c the fetus should pass on it's own once the body realizes what's going on.
However, if you feel like your doctor was wrong, you can always seek a second opinion.
