Weird sudden feeling in my downstairs

Okay so I was sitting up in bed and suddenly got this like stinging or burning feeling down in my....lady area. I'm 36 weeks, could that feeling be because I just dilated a bit or what could it be? Also I have no type of uti or any of that.

Pretty sure that's you dilating. I got that feeling when I was 32wk, I also looked into it on the net. Told my doc bout at 36wks and he said its normal :)
