amniotic fluid
this past friday i had a BPP done and was told my amniotic fluid was17 today when i had my BPP the amniotic fluid was10 i asked the u/s tech if maybe the babys bladder was full she said no it wasnt so does thatmean im leaking fluid? i have had a liquidy discharge a lot of it but i thought that was normal...
he didnt say anything the tech said that a 10 is fine as long as it doesnt go down to a 6 but i went from 16 to a 10 i feel lik thats a big difference
That actually happened to me with my daughter. My fluid was normal then about 3 dsys later it was low. I was admitted into the hospital for possible dehydration put on IV for 48hrs. After the time passed they checked me again fluid was even lower. I had an emergency c section at 34weeks. It seemed that my placenta was not working properly anymore. Out came baby girl.
My dr told me,if you can still feel baby moving, then they have enough amenotic fluid. If they didn't they wouldn't have room to move.
