What is that? I'm a ftm and I'm curious. Is it like an ultrasound?

I'm on my second baby and I've this scan Tuesday. They didn't do them when I had my first pregnancy so it's new to me too I'm glad someone asked lol x

Yes its a ultrasound they are going to take pictures and measure every part of the baby to check growth . :)

Yes. They check everything with the baby though.

It is an ultrasound :) doctor usually does it from 19-20 weeks. They measure all the bones on your baby, look at the heart, facial structure, basically everything to make sure your baby is developing correctly and has everything they're supposed to. And they usually tell you the sex if you want to know :) takes between 45 minutes to an hour.

It's an ultrasound done typically between 18 and 20 weeks where they check the baby's development and growth and, if little one cooperates, tell you his or her gender if you want to know.

Yes a very in depth ultrasound done about mid way through pregnancy. They will look at every body part of your baby (looking at the baby's anatomy). That's usually when they tell you what your baby's gender is :)
