ankle clicking
I'm 8 weeks pregnant n my right ankle clicks everytime I move it n it's sore to stand on it has been doing it for the last 2 week's. :( what shall I do??
I'd think about an able brace just from target or whatever just to give your extra support because your joints are more loose.
Since early on in my pregnancy my joints have been popping or clicking too but weren't painful. I asked my mom this, she has had 9 kids so she told me during pregnancy your joints all loosen up and even your teeth get loose, so that part is normal. Maybe be more careful how you walk on it and get supporting shoes? I wish I was more help
