antibiotic for kindney infection

Any of u ladies been put on bactrim while pregnant my bottle says do not take if pregnant but my doctor perscribe them to me

I've been put on it twice this pregnancy, once for a uti and more recently for a kidney infection and 3 times my first pregnancy for uti's. I've never had any problems with it. All of my docs (and ive had quite a few because i moved during pregnancies and had to switch) have said its safe. They told me the benefits outnumber the risks. If your still nervous though, you can always call another doctor and get a second opinion :)

Well my started with a uti then lead to both my kidneys i was in the hosptial over night sent home seen my doctor last thursday n she prescribe me a higher dose of medication
