antibiotics not working!

I have a bladder infection and have been on macrobid for almost four days and it still burns when I pee. Should I wait it out or call my doctor?

Yeah, more than likely I need a different one. I'm going to try to schedule a urine culture.

You may need a different type of antibiotic, usually after 4 days of medication it should be getting better. Ive had a few UTI's and the numbing medication only once, it really does help. I didnt take it while pregnant but its worth asking about; hopefully it gets better!

Neon yellow is normal when taking pills for it....don't be worried about that.

Yeah I agree with the cranberry juice but don't drink too much because the sugars can irritate it more....drink plenty plenty of water and make sure to call your doctor

My pee is a neon yellow but certainly not Orange. I've also been taking cranberry pills and that helps a little but I think tomorrow I'll have to call.

You should be taking two meds and ur pee should be orange, one is for an infection and the other numbs ur bladder so you can pee happily. Id say call your doc tmrw. Also drink cranberry juice bc that helps the bladder :)
