anxiety in pregnancy?

Is anyone else on here suffering with depression or anxiety in their pregnancy?  
I was diagnosed with PND after having my LG and got rid of it fine but have been living with anxiety ever since, I was coping with it fine but since falling pregnant this time my anxiety had definitely worsened and finding the right treatment is tricky.
Last night I suffered my worst ever attack, waking up from my sleep in floods of tears, physically unable to move or catch my breath and screaming for my husband to help me. I have never been so scared in my life.

Is there any counselling available for you where you are? Have you spoken for your MW about it?

I keep having panic attacks and anxiety attacks.. I used to have them both really bad but I got them under control.. When I found out I was pregnant it was like they were worse and there is nothing I can do or take now
