Yes I have been drinking much more water and it has helped some, my braxton hicks also stopped. So I make sure to drink at least three 16 oz bottles of water a day (that equals six 8 oz glasses of water). Usually that's about all I can do bc I am not a huge fan of water, but I can tell when I don't have it.

Drink lots of water to help ease constipation, being constipated is no fun

I have been having the same problem. But mine is simply constipation because in a few days I finally go and I feel so much better, however, the Braxton Hicks (or contractions Im not sure yet) still continue on. Im not sure if the urge to use the restroom has anything to do with Braxton Hicks, but it never has for me with all 3 of mine. When I was in real labor I felt the urge to push and that may feel like the urge to use the restroom to some, but in the case of bh contractions, I don't think so. If you are worried about it, call your doctor. Hopefully they can ease your mind a bit.
