any ideas pls

This wil be a long story...........

well i realised my breast was bigger than usual few days ago and then started to get a slight abdominal pain so i though i might be pregnanat.  I got the test and tested it came out negative. two days later i realised my breats was reducing in size so i was getting very confused and couldnt tell if i was pregnant cos my period is not due till six days.  when my breast size reduced, the abdominal pain also stoped.  Yesterday i found little spotting and thought it was implantation bleeding based on what i know about it.  i tested again today and it came out negative and i am 4 days to my period so i though i tested too early.  few hours latter, i started bleeding lots more like i was on my period and i am getting the usual period cramps but this time it hurts a lot more.  my period is always at the exact time so i dont know whether it is a misscarriage, implantation bleeding or my period just coming early.  anyone has any ideas cos i am confused at the moment.
Thnx VM

Implantation bleeding will be very light spotting - a HPT will give a positive result about 7 days later.

Since you are bleeding like you would on your period and have cramps it doesnt sound like implantation bleeding.  Since you had a negative HPT right before the bleeding a miscarriage doesnt sound likely.
