Did buy those but I taste the fish oil when I chew and also vomit , ***** ive always been very picky,sensitive to food what pills did your dr prescribe u? Am also 26 weeks havent gain much weight eather

Try taking the gummy prenatal vitamins. I throw up any and everything my whole first trimester, from juice to fruit. Those vitamins stayed down sometimes. But now I'm on the pill kind my doctor prescribed and I can eat basically anything Lol. 21 wks. Haven't gain any weight yet but I have a doctor appointment today.

Thats the thing I cant eat healthy it makes me vomit:(!! And stop taking prenatals bcuz they also make me vomit as well

I started prenatals the day that I found out and they told me that was smart ...I eat like a cow...jus try to eat healthy though
