This is weird but  I did boxing and crunches and other type of ab exercises all the way up until 7 months, it depends on pre level of exercise but i didnt show for a VERY long time i was pretty toned, so I'd say squats back workouts ,YouTube has so many good workouts for pregnant women u can watch if u dont kno how to do them... And eating healthy , i only gained like 10bs ,in my pregnancy... but everyone is diff, the more your active the quicker you get back in shape..

Yes I was after I delivered lol then found out and got lazy the last 3wks since we had sooo much going on but im feeling it bad now. Our neighborhood isnt safe anymore (we even built a new fence and gate with security cameras its bad) so I dont want to walk the neighborhood with my daughter, and our truck is broken down lol. So it sounds like squats are popular. I want to cut back on sweets too so im starting a food journal. Im not worried about weight just dont want to sag :( I want to show off this bump.

Thanks mommas!!!

I am a personal trainer and I would recommend trying to tone up now if you didn't exercise or lift weights before your pregnancy. .....Now if you did, then you can definitely stay active at the gym just don't lift heavy and some exercise and or cardiovascular classes you would have to slow it down compared to everyone else in the room.....If you wasn't active at working out at a gym then I guess you can start with some walking, squats and free weights exercises.

I gained 60 pounds my last pregnancy and was only down 20 when I became pregnant 3 months later, so im saggy in some places but mostly still over weight. I dont work out much but I do squats alot they seem to tighten up my whole lower half and I think im about to invest in some lil weights , because of my arms , and before I found out I was prego again I did alot of crunches and I was seeung results fast but I dont think thats safe while pregnant lol so hopefully squats are helpful :-)
