I was going to the bathroom and when I was finished I realized I passed a huge blood clot.... What could this be? I am still waiting for the doctor to call me back.... Im 37.5 weeks pregnant

God Linz!!! Glad to hear you are ok and so is baby!! Im at hospital on friday of the coming week and as the little man has gone from measuring 39 weeks and weighing 9 lbs 7 ounces last week and yesterday was measured at 41 weeks im now having an arranged c-section as his head and shoulder circumference are now just too big to go natural!!! It seems to be turning into a race! Who will be the next????

OK woman...dont make us worry like that.  Glad to hear everything was fine.  I'm glad we're all getting to share these experiences together.  I'll be 39wks in a couple of days and I go in on Tues I pray that the doc has mercy on my soul and sends me to L&D for induction.  I'm taking my bag and camcorder for inspiration.  Hopefully he sees he's working with a fool and puts me out of my pain!

good news!!!  i'm glad you and the baby are ok!  i know that has to be frustrating thinking its going to happen and then them sending you home!!!

Hello all.. Sorry for keeping you worried. I spent about 6 hours in the hospital last night and they had me walk and walk and walk and nothing so they sent me home claiming False Labor... GO figure.... I was contracting pretty bad but not regular and not too painful... There also was no change in my cervix. My doctor said on Monday that I was 2 cm dialiated but at the hospital they said I was only 1..... Someone is off by a cm.. I did get to see me OBGYN because he was delivering a baby so he stopped in to see me and he said that if I didnt have him soon he was going to induce in the 39th week.... Thanks for all your responses and they did mention that the blood clot was most likely my mucos plugg!!!

sounds like your mucus plug maybe....(bloody show)  so that means you're just getting closer to that little one coming

my doctor is taking his sweet time calling me back.. I called the exchange and they said if I havnt heard anything in 30 min to call back.... I did and they said if you havnt heard anythingin 15 min call back.. I did and now 15 min later no response.

Mucus plug?? I dont ever remember losing mine so I couldnt tell you:( Maybe you will be having your little one soon?!?!?!? Let us know what the doctor says.
