Im 15 weeks now and feel my sickness has gotton worse. I'm living off small tins of ravioli (its easy to throw up) and Ritz biscuits. Dont worry about it too much just eat what you can, Morning sickness is so difficult. :(
Crackers and cheese sounds nice, like I dont think of puking when thinking about it. But I can't eat that all day long

I was horribly sick. I ate ginger candy coffee flavored chews and that helped a lot. it allowed me to breath and eat! ginger snaps are good too but idk if they are pure ginger so it may not have a great affect.
