any tips?

So, my fiance and I found out on a little while ago that I had miscarried our child, we hadn't known we were pregnant and it broke our hearts but in the aftermath of that, we've been talking and we decided we want to have a baby. I honestly couldn't be happier because I love this man with all my heart but a part of me can't stop worrying that it'll happen again. I know this is for already expectant moms but, any tips on getting pregnant/avoiding stressing about having another miscarriage?

So sorry for your loss i also had an early miscarriage at just 6 weeks in May this year i am now 12 weeks pregnant due exactly 3 months after the last was due! The midwife told me after the miscarriage the chances of a 2nd miscarriage are not increased after already having 1 miscarriage and alot of ppl miscarry there 1st and go on to have a healthy baby 2nd time round still doesn't stop you panicking in case it happens again, just try not to stress stay happy and positive :-),i have my 1st scan on Wednesday and ill be worrying untill then when i can finally see what's happening in there and that everything is ok. Good luck in trying again :-) x

The ultimate guide to getting pregnant and staying pregnant, as collected over my time being pregnant!
To get pregnant, don't try. Drop the condoms and birth control, be careless, and have FUN. Though women having orgasms after the man ejaculates is helpful for the sperms journey, it won't help it attach to an egg. Mostly don't focus on trying - when it's right for it to happen, it will.
To stay pregnant, remember the very important facts of early pregnancy. 1) don't strain yourself after you've discovered you missed your period/taken a test and had it be positive. 2) see a doctor as soon as you get that positive,  as there's blood tests and such they'll have to do anyway. 3) cramping is normal. So is some bleeding. Nausea/morning sickness not being a daily thing is also normal - also normal for it to be a daily thing. 4) don't worry about any bleeding that is brownish or pinkish. Really, it's nothing, just your body preparing for the journey ahead. 5) if you experience pains in your stomach or sides that causes nausea and/or diarrhea, especially if paired with a bright red bleeding, see a doctor as that's the only time you're allowed to worry about your symptoms. 6) otherwise, only time you should worry about ANYTHING in your first trimester, is about baby's room paint colours, and naming.
