yeap same issue for me i do it in my sleep luckily my fiance dont even know cuz hes dead asleep. and also i. always have to burp and its funny cuz my fiance will just burp back and try to make a compitition out of it see who has the biggest burp

Yeah I've had the same issues ever since I hit my second trimester.... my husband doesn't want to be around me lol it's so embarrassing especially in public.

I was at the beginning of my pregnancy. It was so uncomfortable. I began avoiding the foods that were causing the gas and its much better now.

Yup either farting or extremely excessive burping! Icwake up n I burp like really I was asleep why am I burping lol
