For our first which resulted in a mc I was tracking my ovulation myself by temperature, and we would have sex in an 8 day window so we wouldn't burn ourselves out having sex everyday for the entire month, it took us 3 months that way, I also layed on my back legs in the air for 15 mins each time too, we are now TTC again as its been 2 months since mc, I'm not tracking ovulation just letting things take their course & see how that works :) good luck TTC

It is different for everyone. When I was trying properly it took 8 months. This time I fell pregnant whilst on the pill. With my other pregnancies I wasn't trying properly but wasn't preventing it and it took a couple of months. So frustrating but Im a strong believer that everything happens for a reason and when it is supposed to happen. The best thing I found was to just let nature take its course as I think trying too hard can cause a lot of stress which can make it harder to conceive.
