anyone else (tmi)

when I go to the restroom, for a bowel movement I feel constipated (sorry) but its true like I push so hard and I feel like im going to push the baby out ! im 36 weeks anyone else have this problem? ?

U can take stool softeners 100mg i asjed the hospital abd a pharmacist im 34 weeks and been taking it since i was really constipated and they work great and doesnt harm the baby

Im only 2 months along and i have that problem sometimes coffee does the trick.but laxatives are better. Ask your doc which kind to use tho

Be careful with pushing too much, it can lead up yo hemorroides!!

Eat lots of fiber and drink water before and after every meal.

You can try warm water with Limon right when you wake up too.

I had to do a enema consult with ur doc first it helped me right away..... Dnt waste time or u will continue to be in pain

Take some mire lax and drink a lot of water. And your not supposed to force it out
