Week vent

Anyone having anything they need to vent??

I do, my so called "friend" who told me I wasn't going to be in her wedding has now told me that she can't be friends anymore.  She found something (that of which I have no clue) about my past and doesn't agree with it.  She says it's distrubing and she can't stand by someone who has done that.  I'm thinking, if it's in the past then why bring it up again?  People make mistakes and not everyone is perfect.  I know I've never done anything horrible or just disturbing, but I do have my flaws when I was younger.  I just think it's really childish that she's going to believe our old roommate even after everything I have done for her.

Like the saying goes:
"Wanna see who your true friends are?  Screw up and see who's still standing beside you!"

Wow that is shady..... and im sorry you have to deal with it..... Both you and Mumita..... No one is perfect and we all make mistakes, we definitely should not be judged by something in our past.... and if it really is a concern they should be talking to YOU about it not taking someone else's word about...She is not worth the energy or the time.... and sounds like to me she will be loosing out on a good friend! Her loss! You dont need someone in your life like that anyways! Good Riddance I say! Good luck hun and try to not let it bother ya too much!

if she were a true friend things in the past wouldn't matter at all.. I'm really sorry about all of that, some people are a little dumb and will believe anything they hear. I wish you the best and do'n't let this get to you, because really its her loss

hey girls i dont really know what to say, but like you sed you know who ur true friends are!! and to b honest if they were true gd friends they would stick by you no matter what u'v done  or did. the past is the past in my book  and life is to short for regrets  so  enjoy why you can !!  to me if your friends arnt there they aint worth having. sorry. any way all the best :)

That's happened to me.  Apparently in college (I went to college with a lot of my HS friends) I was hanging out with a new crew and some idiot saw my ex bf either drunk or into something else and didn't know that we had broken up a while ago so he spread a rumor that I was doing "weird stuff" the rumor got to one of my best friends and she stoped talking to me for a long time which I didn't know why the hell she did, I never did any of that stuff and she believed some idiot instead of talking to me.
So yes, people are stupid and sometimes they rather believe some stupid rumor instead of talking to the source.
