Vagina purple? Beware tmi but need to know.

Now I know that blood vessels are at the max right now but I went to bathroom nd when I wipe I felt really swollen. I got a mirror nd looked n the inside of my vagina  passed the lips where your clit nd iwhere you pee there's a large knot it's very swollen nd purpleish..no judgements please but it looks like something is hanging out. It's gross looking. Well me being me I decided to wash my hands nd check myself. I could feel my cervix nd it's really low. It's squishy nd hard behind it as far as dilation idk how to tell. Anyone else's vajaja look this way? Pretty sure mine has never looked this way. I'm a little freaked out by it.

Could it be labor ? Cause I feel sick nd sharp pains n stomach.
