are dimples hereditary?

I have no idea where my baby got them from . No one in the family has them .

Idk. But my son has the same exact dumping as me in the same place. We have an odd one side dimple. lol

I have them but my father has them as well. I wonder if my baby will have them to??? Hmmm... I always thought that they were hereditary but I could be wrong.
