I'm at 7 weeks :) sore boobs, tired, nauseas but not puking, headaches and I feel like a hamster because I nibble throughout the day but I don't have any huge meals

I turned 4 weeks Saturday! My symptoms are fatigue, bloated, gassy, I feel like I'm gonna start my period, fuller boobs, but not sore!!! Some discharge, restless legs, & a faint line nigra going down my stomach!!
