I've had three miscarriages and my doctor prescribed me baby aspirin (same as low dose aspirin) right after the last one. I am now 6 months pregnant & have been taking 1 pill everyday along with my prenatal vitamins since last January. You can ask your doctor about it & see what they say. He wouldn't give you anything to hurt you or baby ☺

If you've had two miscarages I'd be avoiding anything that is considered unsafe. I had a 5 day headache the other day so I googled the asprin thing it's ok if it's very occasionally and you don't take a full dose. I usually take three tablets I only took one . But if you have had miscarages I'd avoid asprin alltogether
