So I'm 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant, came to l and d for a severe pain that is not contractions but I got here to find out that I'm having contractions and they are 2-3 minutes apart but I'm not dilating. They aren't letting me leave with contractions that close together right now but I'm afraid if I don't dilate anymore they will send me home.

They will probably give u something to help u dialate andnif that doesnt work u might get a c-section cause to me it sounds like ur in labor has ur water broke?
