I'm gonna be 37 weeks Saturday, I was wondering if increase in vaginal discharge means I getting closer to delivering??

Yeah I've been having pressure in my vaginal area too and sharp shooting pains through my cervix it *****! Lol. I had no idea it could even BE my mucus plug, I've never experienced that with my first two, but my older son was an emergency C-Section at 36 weeks and my second kept trying to come early from 6.5 months on. My kiddos are early bird I guess lol. Thank you for the reply!

I have the same thing too its milky bit no odor it started today and also increased a lot in the last couple of days I have been also having contractions and a lot of pressure in the vaginal area, however I have barely dropped! Boo! Of I'm not dropping is that not a good sign of ne going into labor soon, I wanna have her already!(:

sounds like your mucous plug to me. i had my slowly coming out for several months. i had to wear a pad it was bad. its rebuilds itself so your baby is still safe. this is certainly a sign that things are preparing themselves. i wouldn't worry about the mucous but seems like you have other difficulties with early labor. keep an eye on contractions and make sure when they get close together that you are ready to go to the hospital. best of luck on your delivery and congratulations on your pregnancy.

What about thick milk colored discharge? It doesn't have an oder and I don't itch or burn so I know  don't have any kind of infection. Bit I've been having a thick milk colored discharge for about two weeks now. Along with contractions, HARD contractions for about a month (some was due to dehydration but I know for sure I'm not dehydrated and I went to L&D last Friday where they did a urine test and found 0 keytones and ended up having to stop labor)
