IM 39 WEEKS AND MY BABY IS STILL NOT HERE IM NOT EVEN A CM DIALATED WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE MY SON COME DOWN?

Walking a lot, going up and down the stairs.. staying active all day... when u sit, make sure you lan forward instead of leaning back..it gives the baby enough room to move down

I'm 39 weeks and no dialation either.  My last week appointment my cervix was still closed.

Dialation has nothing to do with how fast your baby will come.
