Back pain?
Is there anyway I can relieve my back pain? I can't stand it!! Makes me so uncomfortable!
I have a pre existing back condition so I'm on pain medication for mine.. But I was also told a heating pad then switch to an ice pack, a warm bath, even try getting on all 4s (doggy style position) so the baby moves off your back.. Take a couple Tylenol and then try a few of those things l mentioned.. I'm sorry you're in pain :(
